Is moissanite a real diamond?
No. Moissanite and diamond are two different gemstones. Although they share a similar appearance, they have different chemical compositions and optical properties. Moissanite is valued for its distinctive brilliance, durability and beauty.
What materials are used in AETEV jewellery?
Our collection includes jewellery crafted from 925 sterling silver, with selected pieces featuring white gold, yellow gold, rose gold or other plated finishes. Materials and finishes vary by design.

Does your moissanite jewellery come with a certificate?
Selected AETEV moissanite pieces include a GRA certificate where specified.

We will do our best to assist, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or dispatch.

Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
We accept eligible voluntary return and exchange requests made within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Items must meet the conditions set out in our policy. This voluntary return period does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country.
